Overview:

Advanced Innovation Managers believes that any organization that can identify and implement their Competitive Advantage, they will realize less competition and have a much more efficient and profitable organization. Most Organizations today already have the resources and infrastructure necessary to compete effectively, but they are not being utilized in the most efficient and profitable manner. Too many organizations try to follow the "FAD" of the month or year to be profitable. This results in spending money for resources and infrastructure, which are often under utilized as the organization is not structured to realize the maximum benefit of the FAD.

We work in collaboration with our clients, utilizing their employees and resources in most cases, with the intent of ensuring that the appropriate knowledge and skills are transferred to them so that they are better equipped to continue to operate and evolve the solutions that implemented during our engagement in their projects. History has shown that most improvements for an organization require some investment in people, systems and infrastructure. This does not mean that they must go out and hire a lot of new people, or systems. Most organizations are not utilizing the entire capability or capacity of their existing resources, and infrastructure. So we can often work with them to redeploy or repurpose their existing resources.

By using this process we leave our clients in a much better position to continue the improvements and evolve them as the situations evolve over time.

What We Do:

A consultant is just like a Doctor. You go to a medical doctor to have a check up, he preforms some diagnostic tests to determine what issues you have that need to be treated and prioritizes that list to ensure that most important things are handled first.

A good consultant does not approach an organization with a "Solution" already selected. If they do, then they are trying to maximize their profitability, not yours. They have a solution and they are looking for the problem they can solve.

Like a doctor, we will meet with you to determine what the real issues are that need to be addressed.
